The Mandarin Oriental Experience

I've always been amazed at the level of service provided by the Mandarin Oriental group. (I love MO Tokyo!)

So here I was having dinner at the MO Jakarta last night and ordered a pot of hot water. The waiter disappeared with my pot of hot water. And I decided to get an orange juice.

Someone (cant remember which colleague of mine) jokingly mentioned to the supervisor that I wanted my hot water replaced with hot orange juice. So the guy confirmed the order again with me and while laughing, I told him yes, hot pls.

He smiled and walked off. 10 minutes later, the waitress brought my OJ ( a little more foamy than the one my colleague had). I took the glass to have a sip. It was HOT OJ.
