Delay of more than 4 hours just to get to Singapore with no updates from the airline and handled by amazingly rude and unprofessional airline staff.
I am so drafting my **bitch mode** letter to the airline tomorrow.
Was compensated a miserable RM10 refreshment voucher in either DeliFrance or Burger King. Wah, how generous of them!
Will update more on the delay tomorow. Right now..i need my beauty sleep!
